INSTALLATION AND SAFETY WARNINGS
For your linear armature;
When receiving the product, check whether there is any physical damage. Request replacement of transport-damaged products from the courier or warehouse and check whether all accessories that should be supplied with the product are complete.
Keep the original box or packaging, accessories, and invoice for future service needs.
Make sure that the product barcode, model, and serial number are not damaged.
If these are unreadable or worn, your product will not be covered by warranty.
The product must not be used for purposes other than its intended use.
The seller shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of improper use of the product.
Electrical connections must be carried out only by qualified personnel.
Make sure that the electrical connection is switched off during installation.
Do not use the product if the power cables are damaged. Otherwise, it may cause death, serious injury, or property damage.
Before starting installation, make sure that the cables and the outer surfaces of the product are not damaged.
Make sure that the product is not supplied with a voltage higher than the operating voltage specified on the label.
In case of malfunctions that may occur due to incompatibility, the seller cannot be held responsible and such malfunctions are not covered by warranty.
Only additional accessories specified by our company must be used for installation.
The mains connection must be made using connection materials in accordance with the electrical installation regulations of the relevant country.
Do not use in areas with electrical leakage.
Cable connection points must be insulated using terminal blocks or insulating tape.
Do not carry out any modification, repair, adjustment, or any physical intervention. This may cause material damage and will void the product warranty.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
In case of any malfunction of the lineer armature, contact our authorized technical service.
Do not allow anyone other than our authorized technical service to intervene in the product. Such interventions will completely void the warranty.
If the external flexible cable or cord of this product is damaged, it must be replaced by an authorized person to avoid any hazard.
Since the surface of the product becomes hot while operating, the power must be switched off and the product must not be touched until it has cooled down. Do not look directly at the product while it is operating.
Do not clean the surface with flammable substances such as alcohol or gasoline.
Keep the product in its box and out of reach of children.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE | Warranty Terms
For the Linear Armature Product;
The warranty period starts from the invoice date of the product and is 2 years.
The entire product, including all parts, is covered by warranty.
If it is determined that the product is defective, the consumer has the rights specified in Article 11 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502;
a) Free repair.
b) Replacement with a new product if repair is not possible.
In the case of free repair, the seller is obliged to repair the product without requesting any fee for labor, replaced parts, or any other cost.
If the product fails within the warranty period, the repair time shall be added to the warranty period. The repair period shall not exceed 20 business days.
Failures resulting from use contrary to the instructions in the user manual are not covered by warranty.
WHAT ARE USAGE ERRORS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY?
Failures caused by electrical issues or user-related reasons (such as power outages, voltage fluctuations, installation or use of non-original accessories, or failure to use required accessories), unauthorized intervention by anyone other than the authorized service, damage to the warranty label, breakage, scratches, etc. on the outer surface of the device, use in dusty, humid, extremely hot or cold environments, and failures caused by natural disasters such as floods, fire, earthquakes, or lightning strikes are not covered by warranty.
